I enjoy cooking, and finding new recipes to try. So below are the new recipes we’ll be trying this week.

Week of August 26, 2020.

Curried scallops on a white plate with lemon slices and dipping sauce.


1/2 lb Scallops
1/4 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
4 thin lemon slices


Melt butter, add curry powders, salt and lemon juice.
Let Scallops marinate.
Drain scallops, roll in bread crumbs, place in buttered shell.

Sprinkle a light pinch of curry powder over scallops.
Cook at 450° F for 15 minutes.
